By Royal Mail:  Items will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment. We try our best to dispatch all items paid for by 3pm on the same day but occasionally this will be deferred until the next day. If for any reason there is an unavoidable delay we will advise the customer by e-mail/Message. If The Royal Mail attempts to deliver a parcel unsuccessfully they will leave a card advising you of the failed delivery attempt and will advise you where you can collect the parcel from. The Royal Mail will only hold your package for a specific period and it is your responsibility to contact them to collect or arrange re-delivery. We do all that we can to ensure your item reaches you in a timely manner and after a failed delivery has been made, the Royal Mail will not take further instruction from us, it becomes a contract between you and the Royal Mail.

By Courier:  Printers and other high value products will be dispatched by courier service within 1 working day of receiving payment. If for any reason there is an unavoidable delay we will advise the customer by e-mail/message. It is important that we have a correct daytime telephone number and that your telephone has the facility to receive messages and texts from ourselves and the couriers in the event of a failed delivery and a need to contact you. The courier will try to deliver twice and will leave a contact card if delivery cannot be made. Either ourselves or the courier will try to contact you for re-delivery information, however if rearrangements have not been made with 5 days, the package will be returned to us with a £14.00 charge which we will pass on prior to re-arranging any delivery.

Proof of Delivery:  We obtain a proof of posting for all goods dispatched via Royal Mail or via courier. This protects the customer and our company from goods mislaid in the post. In the event of the goods being late, please advise us and we will e-mail a scanned copy of the proof of posting by return, alternatively we will advise a tracking number. Our Listing is for deliveries within the UK, if you wish to receive our pricing for overseas shipping, please e-mail us accordingly.

Returns are accepted within 14 days and by prior agreement, buyer pays return postage. Most are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Returns are subject to the following:
1) Contact us by message, email or telephone to request return
2) Returns must be on unopened and unused items
3) An RMA number must be issued by us and attached to the return item
4) Postage cost and proof are the buyers responsibility
